Definition of HQE (Haute Qualité Environnementale, or France's stringent environmental quality requirements):
Protecting the environment has become a major issue in terms of the future of our planet. The global village has become aware of this; as a result, professionals are mobilizing and means and regulations are being implemented.
HQE is one of these regulation concerning the building industry in particular.
The key idea behind this coillective initiative aims to improve the envinmental quality of buildings, in terms of controlling the impact on the outside envirnment, and to create a healthy, comfortable interior envirnment.
