GIRPI designs and manufactures fittings and accessories made of synthetic materials for all types of applications, including waste and rainwater drainage, supply and distribution of pressurized hot, cold and chilled water and the distribution of compressed air.
»
A complete range of pipe, fittings in C-PVC for hot and cold water plumbing, heating and air conditionning
APPLICATIONS :
Its high performance allows multiple applications particularly in the building:
Distribution of sanitary hot and cold water
Air conditioning
Shipyard
Spas
Swimming pools
MANY ADVANTAGES :
HTA a guarantee against corrosion HTA is a synthetic material designed to remain unaffected by corrosion in utility supplies in buildings.
HTA a guarantee against scale Because of the product's nature, scaling related problems are much less significant than with other metal pipe systems. This observation is particularly true in areas with soft water (very pure water).
HTA is non flammable HTA system is rated Bs1d0as certified by European classification (Euroclasses) issued by the LNE. Non flammable, no smoke and no droplets.
Food safe All the components in HTA appear in the list of substances approved for contact with food stuffs for human consumption issued by the French Health Ministry.
Pressure resistance 6 bar at 80°C for a PN25 (tested 4.2 times the nominal pressure; PN 25 tested at 105 bar) for a 50 year lifetime.
Non permeable to oxygen Furthermore, HTA is non permeable to oxygen, thus eliminating the formation of sludge inside the pipes
Condensation Reduced problems against traditional materials.

Working Lifetime The working pressure and temperature indicted in the following tables are determined for a working life of 50 years without interruption.
Working pressures according to working temperatures are figured out by using regression curves as per standart NF T 54-091.
Testing pressure
A pressure pipework can be classified as PN 16 or PN 25 (with a safety factor of 2.5 after 50 years)
if it can tolerate, during one hour, a pressure equal to 4.2 times this PN.
