Acoustic elbow
Cushioning section equipped with an elastomer membrane, to help minimise impact noise from water when changing direction. Its large curvature radius facilitate the flow and its access cap allows simplified maintenance operations.

CUTTING
Cut the pipe square with a roller pipe-cutter for plastic pipes.

CHAMFERING
Chamfer pipe from the outside with an adapted tool.

DEBURRING
Deburr pipe from inside with an adapted tool.

LUBRICANTING
Apply lubricant (GIRLUB) on all lip seals.

PUSHING STRAIGHT
Push together immediatly without twisting.
